The second edition of the book “Arbitration Law in Sri Lanka would be available from 1st December 2007. The ICLP launched the first edition in September 2006. This book is compiled by President’s Counsel K.Kanag Isvaran and the Secretary General of ICLP S.S. Wijeratne. Among the contributors to the first edition were Mr K.Kanag Isvaran, Mr S.S. Wijeratne, former Attorney General K.C. Kamalasabayson, P.C., Justice Saleem Marsoof PC, the Judge of the Supreme Court, Justice (Retired)Dr A.R.B. Amerasinghe, Retired High Court Judge Leslie Abeysekera, Financial Ombudsman Walter Laduwahetty, former State Counsel Uditha Egalahewa , Construction Arbitrator Eddi de Zylva.
The second edition is an expansion of the first book which includes articles of Mr Walter Laduwahetty, Mr Ananda Ranasinghe, Ms Niloo Pelpola and two important judgments. The prize of the book is Rs 750/-
